Shipping Policy
All orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days upon payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, it will take approximately 1-5 business days for you to receive your order depending on your chosen shipping method & your location.
Returns Policy
We only accept refunds for products with factory defects or any wrong items delivered within 7 days upon receipt of package. If you received such items, just email us at kapsuleklub@gmail.com with complete order information for investigation and resolution:
